We do our best to ensure that each order is carefully packed before we ship it to you. However, if an item arrives to you in a less than satisfactory condition, we could arrange replacement, exchange or a refund. To do so, we require you to send a digital photograph of the product by email including your order number to [email protected]

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged. And we will not accept return of all items under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances. 

Everything Party Supplies is entitled to refuse a refund if you:

  • Simply change your mind.
  • Make wrong decisions.

However, we gladly exchange within 7 days of purchase with receipt or other proof of purchase.

* All items up for exchange must be in new condition, unopened, unused and in original       packaging.

* Exchange is only allowed once.

* Exchange is not available on sales items.

* Non-Exchangeable items include:

– Wigs

– Costumes

– Bulk Products

If an item is deemed faulty, we will offer to repair, replace or refund the value of the item. 

Returns Procedure for Items Exchange 

To organise a return please contact the store by phone or email with the following:

  1. Order number or receipt number
  2. Date of order
  3. Description of issue 

We will generally be in touch within 24 hours to provide further assistance. 

Once we get back in touch with you, we will ask you to send the products or order back to us at your cost.

You may send back via your local post office or any other transport company you may find more suitable (however the condition of the products is your responsibility until they arrive back to us and if they are damaged in transit a return will not be provided).

Where a refund is provided this will be refunded to the same method as payment was made and this will take approximately 7 days. i.e. If you pay by Mastercard the refund will be provided to the Mastercard used to make the purchase. 

We reserve the rights to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.

We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
